Nickel corner Lewis Sanders will miss the remainder of the season with a broken hand.  Dexter McCleon will take over for Sanders in the nickel defense.

Starting DT Travis Johnson (calf) and starting RT Zach Wiegert (torn ACL) have been both placed on the Injured Reserve List ending their seasons.  This really hurts the Texans who were starting to play better along the lines.

DE Antwan Peek will miss a few weeks with a sprained MCL.

These injuries are a big blow to the Texans who had just started to play better.  It will be interesting to see how many young players step up for the Texans.
