The Houston Texans gave this game to the Titans, and it was hard to watch!  The Texans out-gained the Titans 427-197 and lost the game!  The Titans scored on a 53 yard punt return for a TD (Pacman Jones) and returned a David Carr fumble 40 yards for a TD (DE Tony Brown).  David Carr didn’t play very well when he was in the game, even though his numbers don’t look horrible.  Carr completed 15 of 21 passes for 113 yards and an interception.  Sage Rosenfels relieved him and rallied the troops, completing 18 of 25 passes for 186 yards with 3 TDs and an INT.  RB Wali Lundy had another great game, carrying the ball 18 times for 116 yards (6.4 ypc) and caught 5 passes for 33 yards.  TE Owen Daniels caught 9 passes for 99 yards and 2 TDs.  Andre Johnson had a good game too, catching 9 passes for 78 yards and a TD.

The defense played well on Sunday,  LB Marlon Greenwood had 9 tackles and DeMeco Ryans pitched in with 10 tackles.  DE Mario Williams had 3 tackles and a sack.  The Titans ran the ball 27 times for 111 yards (4.1 ypc).  The Titans only completed 7 of 15 passes for 86 net yards passing.
